Our FRP Pultrusion production is a sophisticated continuous process designed to create fiberglass reinforced polymer profiles of any length and uniform section. Utilizing reinforcement fibers such as roving, continuous mats, woven fabric, carbon, and more, these fibers are meticulously impregnated with a polymer matrix composed of resins, minerals, pigments, and additives. This blend is then expertly passed through a pre-forming station to achieve the stratification necessary for the desired profile properties. Following this, the resin-impregnated fibers are pulled through a heated die, initiating the polymerization of the resin, resulting in robust and high-quality profiles.
