Introducing our state-of-the-art fiberglass louvers, crafted with precision using CNC machine tools. These tools meticulously drill holes in the columns, allowing the louvers to seamlessly pass through and be securely fastened to the frame with specially selected nails. The rivets, engineered through a bespoke design process, ensure an unyielding grip, preventing any loosening or detachment during transit. Remarkably, these louvers have endured a rigorous journey spanning 2500 kilometers, from elevations of 100m to 3000m, navigating mountain roads with unwavering stability.
Our fiberglass louvers boast exceptional resilience against extreme temperatures, relentless sunlight, and oxidation, ensuring durability and reliability. These versatile louvers are ideal for ventilation in industrial settings such as factories and electrolysis plants, as well as for installation in cooling towers, outdoor air conditioning units, large-scale mechanical structures, and garden community walls, offering both functionality and aesthetic appeal.

2. What's FRP?
Fiber Reinforced Polymer (FRP) is a composite material made of a polymer matrix reinforced with fibers. The fibres are usually glass, carbon, aramid, or basalt. Rarely, other fibres such as paper or wood or asbestos have been used. The polymer is usually an epoxy, vinylester or polyester thermosetting plastic, and formaldehyde resins are still in use. FRP are commonly used in the aerospace, automotive, marine, construction industries and ballistic armor.
