Introducing our premium FRP transparent windows, engineered for all weather conditions. These windows are highly resistant to corrosion and oxidation, offering long-lasting durability and strength. Unlike conventional glass, our windows utilize transparent lighting panels that, when broken, do not shatter into sharp fragments but remain in large, safe pieces. This design not only enhances safety but also makes the windows lightweight and easy to install. Additionally, they are waterproof and sun-resistant, ensuring minimal maintenance and a prolonged service life.
Our versatile FRP transparent windows serve excellently as external protective barriers for live equipment. Perfectly suited for environments like electrolytic plants, chemical raw material facilities, and electrical cabinets, they effectively withstand corrosive gases, ensuring safety and protection.

Every FRP window undergoes meticulous hand assembly and thorough inspection. This careful attention to detail guarantees that each window adheres to the highest industry standards, providing exceptional quality and reliability.
Our FRP transparent windows are perfectly adapted as external protective solutions for live equipment in environments such as electrolytic plants, chemical raw material factories, and electrical cabinets. They are specifically designed to withstand the harsh effects of corrosive gases, ensuring optimal safety and functionality.
The FRP Pultrusion production is a state-of-the-art continuous process designed to fabricate fiberglass reinforced polymer profiles of any length and constant section. This process begins by selecting reinforcement fibers, which may include roving, continuous mat, woven roving, carbon, or other options. These fibers are meticulously impregnated with a polymer matrix containing resin, minerals, pigments, and additives. They are then passed through a pre-forming station that carefully layers the fibers to achieve the desired profile properties. After pre-forming, the resin-impregnated fibers are expertly pulled through a heated die, where the resin polymerizes, crafting a robust and consistent product.
1. Are you a manufacturer?
Yes, we are a manufacturer, welcome to visit our factory!
2. What's FRP?
Fiber Reinforced Polymer (FRP) is a composite material made of a polymer matrix reinforced with fibers. The fibres are usually glass, carbon, aramid, or basalt. Rarely, other fibres such as paper or wood or asbestos have been used. The polymer is usually an epoxy, vinylester or polyester thermosetting plastic, and formaldehyde resins are still in use. FRP are commonly used in the aerospace, automotive, marine, construction industries and ballistic armor.
3. How long will it take to produce samples for proposing new product requirements
If you already have your own design drawings, it will take up to 15 working days for our company to make the mold based on your design drawings and produce the first sample; If you do not have your own design drawings, our company can provide you with a maximum of 2 working days for the first drawing and a maximum of 25 working days for the first sample according to your requirements
