The process begins with reinforcement fibers, which may be roving, continuous mat, woven roving, carbon, or others, being impregnated with a sophisticated polymer matrix consisting of resin, minerals, pigments, and additives. These fibers traverse a pre-forming station, where stratification imparts the profile with exceptional properties. Following this, the resin-impregnated fibers are drawn through a heated die to achieve flawless polymerization of the resin.

If you already have your own design drawings, it will take up to 15 working days for our company to make the mold based on your design drawings and produce the first sample; If you do not have your own design drawings, our company can provide you with a maximum of 2 working days for the first drawing and a maximum of 25 working days for the first sample according to your requirements
