The FRP Pultrusion Production process is a state-of-the-art continuous method, crafting fiberglass reinforced polymer profiles of indefinite length and consistent section. This sophisticated technique utilizes an array of reinforcement fibers such as roving, continuous mat, woven roving, and carbon. These fibers are meticulously impregnated with a polymer matrix comprising resin, minerals, pigments, and additives. They then journey through a pre-forming station, skillfully layering the stratification needed to bestow the profile with its desired attributes. Finally, the resin-impregnated fibers are meticulously pulled through a heated die, where the resin undergoes polymerization, creating a robust and resilient profile.

Fiber Reinforced Polymer (FRP) is a composite material made of a polymer matrix reinforced with fibers. The fibres are usually glass, carbon, aramid, or basalt. If you already have your own design drawings, it will take up to 15 working days for our company to make the mold based on your design drawings and produce the first sample; If you do not have your own design drawings, our company can provide you with a maximum of 2 working days for the first drawing and a maximum of 25 working days for the first sample according to your requirements
