FRP water blocking board—also known as the cooling tower round tower FRP waterproof sleeve—serves a crucial role in securing round tower water pipes by effectively preventing unwanted water flow.
The FRP Pultrusion process exemplifies cutting-edge continuous production, creating fiberglass reinforced polymer profiles of any length and uniform section. This advanced method utilizes reinforcement fibers such as roving, continuous mat, woven roving, carbon, or others. The fibers are thoroughly impregnated with a polymer matrix—incorporating resin, minerals, pigments, and additives—and then passed through a meticulous pre-forming station that shapes the stratification necessary to impart the desired properties to the profile. Following this pre-forming step, the resin-impregnated fibers are strategically drawn through a heated die, where the resin undergoes polymerization, ensuring precision and durability.
1. Are you a manufacturer?
Yes, we are a manufacturer, welcome to visit our factory!
2. What's FRP?
Fiber Reinforced Polymer (FRP) is a composite material made of a polymer matrix reinforced with fibers. The fibres are usually glass, carbon, aramid, or basalt. Rarely, other fibres such as paper or wood or asbestos have been used. The polymer is usually an epoxy, vinylester or polyester thermosetting plastic, and formaldehyde resins are still in use. FRP are commonly used in the aerospace, automotive, marine, construction industries and ballistic armor.
3. How long will it take to produce samples for proposing new product requirements
If you already have your own design drawings, it will take up to 15 working days for our company to make the mold based on your design drawings and produce the first sample; If you do not have your own design drawings, our company can provide you with a maximum of 2 working days for the first drawing and a maximum of 25 working days for the first sample according to your requirements
