By utilizing various reinforcement fibers, such as roving, continuous mat, woven roving, carbon, and more, we saturate these fibers with a polymer matrix comprising resin, minerals, pigments, and additives. This mixture travels through a pre-forming station, creating the necessary stratification to imbue the profile with its desired properties. Following pre-forming, the resin-imbued fibers are drawn through a heated die to effectively polymerize the resin, ensuring strength and durability.
