The engineering behind our fiberglass cover plate is nothing short of innovative. By incorporating multiple reinforcing ribs, we elevate strength to new heights. The clever design introduces a strategic angle between plates, allowing seamless overlap without gaps. This ingenuity eradicates the traditional issue of diminished strength post-overlapping, ensuring your installations remain robust and secure.
Our company's fiberglass cover plates are prominently utilized in various industry sectors, particularly excelling as top plates for cooling towers, drip tray cover plates, and overlapping platform flat plates. These versatile applications demonstrate their indispensable role in efficient industrial operations.
The FRP Pultrusion production is a sophisticated, continuous process crafted to produce fiberglass reinforced polymer profiles of any length and constant section. It employs a variety of reinforcement fibers, such as roving, continuous mat, woven roving, carbon, and others, which are skillfully impregnated with a polymer matrix comprising resin, minerals, pigments, and additives. These fibers journey through a meticulously designed pre-forming station that intricately orchestrates the necessary stratification to impart the profile with its intended properties. Following the pre-forming stage, the resin-impregnated fibers are meticulously pulled through a heated die, where they undergo polymerization, resulting in profiles that are not only robust but also perfectly tailored to meet precise industrial needs.
1. Are you a manufacturer?
Yes, we are a manufacturer, welcome to visit our factory!
2. What's FRP?
Fiber Reinforced Polymer (FRP) is a composite material made of a polymer matrix reinforced with fibers. The fibres are usually glass, carbon, aramid, or basalt. Rarely, other fibres such as paper or wood or asbestos have been used. The polymer is usually an epoxy, vinylester or polyester thermosetting plastic, and formaldehyde resins are still in use. FRP are commonly used in the aerospace, automotive, marine, construction industries and ballistic armor.
3. How long will it take to produce samples for proposing new product requirements
If you already have your own design drawings, it will take up to 15 working days for our company to make the mold based on your design drawings and produce the first sample; If you do not have your own design drawings, our company can provide you with a maximum of 2 working days for the first drawing and a maximum of 25 working days for the first sample according to your requirements
