The structural integrity of our fiberglass cover plates is enhanced through the inclusion of multiple reinforcing ribs, significantly boosting their strength. Ingeniously designed with a calculated angle between plates, they allow seamless overlapping without unsightly gaps, effectively solving the common issue of diminished strength when plates overlap.
Our superior fiberglass cover plates are predominantly utilized in key areas such as cooling tower top plates, cooling tower drip tray cover plates, and overlapping platform flat plates, ensuring maximum performance and reliability in demanding environments.
FRP Pultrusion production is an advanced continuous process, meticulously designed to craft fiberglass reinforced polymer profiles with precision. Capable of producing any length with a constant cross-section, this method utilizes an array of reinforcing fibers-ranging from roving, continuous mats, woven robing, to carbon fibers. These fibers are expertly impregnated with a carefully formulated polymer matrix comprising resin, minerals, pigments, and additives. The process includes a pre-forming station that skillfully arranges the stratification needed to bestow the profile with its unique properties. After this essential pre-forming step, the saturated fibers are strategically pulled through a heated die, initiating a precise polymerization of the resin, resulting in a product of unmatched quality and performance.
1. Are you a manufacturer?
Yes, we are a manufacturer, welcome to visit our factory!
2. What's FRP?
Fiber Reinforced Polymer (FRP) is a composite material made of a polymer matrix reinforced with fibers. The fibres are usually glass, carbon, aramid, or basalt. Rarely, other fibres such as paper or wood or asbestos have been used. The polymer is usually an epoxy, vinylester or polyester thermosetting plastic, and formaldehyde resins are still in use. FRP are commonly used in the aerospace, automotive, marine, construction industries and ballistic armor.
3. How long will it take to produce samples for proposing new product requirements
If you already have your own design drawings, it will take up to 15 working days for our company to make the mold based on your design drawings and produce the first sample; If you do not have your own design drawings, our company can provide you with a maximum of 2 working days for the first drawing and a maximum of 25 working days for the first sample according to your requirements
