The FRP Pultrusion production process is a groundbreaking continuous method designed to create fiberglass reinforced polymer profiles of any length and constant section. This advanced technique accommodates a variety of reinforcement fibers, including roving, continuous mat, woven roving, carbon, and others. These fibers are meticulously impregnated with a polymer matrix composed of resins, minerals, pigments, and additives. They then pass through a pre-forming station, expertly crafting the stratification necessary to imbue the profile with desired properties. Following this essential step, the resin-impregnated fibers are drawn through a heated die, where the resin undergoes polymerization, resulting in a finished product that meets the highest standards of quality and performance.
1. Are you a manufacturer?
Yes, we are a manufacturer, welcome to visit our factory!
2. What's FRP?
Fiber Reinforced Polymer (FRP) is a composite material made of a polymer matrix reinforced with fibers. The fibres are usually glass, carbon, aramid, or basalt. Rarely, other fibres such as paper or wood or asbestos have been used. The polymer is usually an epoxy, vinylester or polyester thermosetting plastic, and formaldehyde resins are still in use. FRP are commonly used in the aerospace, automotive, marine, construction industries and ballistic armor.
3. How long will it take to produce samples for proposing new product requirements
If you already have your own design drawings, it will take up to 15 working days for our company to make the mold based on your design drawings and produce the first sample; If you do not have your own design drawings, our company can provide you with a maximum of 2 working days for the first drawing and a maximum of 25 working days for the first sample according to your requirements
