The FRP Pultrusion process is a cutting-edge, continuous production technique for crafting fiberglass reinforced polymer profiles of any length and consistent cross-section. Reinforcement fibers, which may include roving, continuous mat, woven roving, carbon, or others, are impregnated with a sophisticated polymer matrix composed of resin, minerals, pigments, and additives. These fibers progress through a pre-forming station, achieving the stratification essential for the profile's desired properties. Subsequently, the resin-impregnated fibers are expertly drawn through a heated die to polymerize the resin, ensuring a robust and durable end product.
