At Huizhou Hengxin Composites Co., Ltd, we are committed to excellence in every detail. Our careful selection of rivets for assembling our FRP Doors uses the finest materials such as stainless steel, aluminum alloy, and nylon, with customizable sizes and styles to meet your specific needs.
The versatility of our FRP Maintenance Doors makes them ideal for use in environments prone to corrosive gases, such as square cooling towers, electrolysis and chemical plants, hazardous chemical warehouses, and expansive machinery storage areas. They are a testament to durability and adaptability in challenging conditions.
Our cutting-edge FRP Pultrusion production process is a marvel of modern engineering. This continuous production methodology creates fiberglass reinforced polymer profiles of varying lengths and constant sections. Reinforcement fibers, whether roving, continuous mat, woven roving, carbon, or others, are expertly impregnated with a sophisticated polymer matrix comprising resin, minerals, pigments, and additives. These fibers journey through a pre-forming station that crafts them into a stratification that imparts the profile's desired attributes. Upon completion of the pre-forming phase, the resin-impregnated fibers are expertly guided through a heated die, where the resin is polymerized to perfection.
1. Are you a manufacturer?
Yes, we are a manufacturer, welcome to visit our factory!
2. What's FRP?
Fiber Reinforced Polymer (FRP) is a composite material made of a polymer matrix reinforced with fibers. The fibres are usually glass, carbon, aramid, or basalt. Rarely, other fibres such as paper or wood or asbestos have been used. The polymer is usually an epoxy, vinylester or polyester thermosetting plastic, and formaldehyde resins are still in use. FRP are commonly used in the aerospace, automotive, marine, construction industries and ballistic armor.
3. How long will it take to produce samples for proposing new product requirements
If you already have your own design drawings, it will take up to 15 working days for our company to make the mold based on your design drawings and produce the first sample; If you do not have your own design drawings, our company can provide you with a maximum of 2 working days for the first drawing and a maximum of 25 working days for the first sample according to your requirements
