Our FRP Pultrusion production process represents the forefront of innovative technology, utilizing a continuous operation to create fiberglass reinforced polymer profiles of endless length and uniform section. Reinforcement fibers—whether roving, continuous mat, woven roving, or carbon—are expertly saturated with a polymer matrix rich in resins, minerals, pigments, and additives. These meticulously impregnated fibers are guided through a pre-forming station, laying the groundwork for the profile's superior characteristics. Fiber Reinforced Polymer (FRP) is a composite material made of a polymer matrix reinforced with fibers. The fibres are usually glass, carbon, aramid, or basalt. If you already have your own design drawings, it will take up to 15 working days for our company to make the mold based on your design drawings and produce the first sample; If you do not have your own design drawings, our company can provide you with a maximum of 2 working days for the first drawing and a maximum of 25 working days for the first sample according to your requirements
