Our FRP Pultrusion production process stands at the forefront of technological advancement, offering a seamless, continuous operation that produces fiberglass reinforced polymer profiles of infinite length and consistent section. Expertly impregnated with a polymer matrix containing resins, minerals, pigments, and additives, reinforcement fibers like roving, continuous mat, woven roving, or carbon achieve exceptional attributes. Guided through a pre-forming station, these fibers lay down the stratification for optimal performance. The resin-rich fibers are then drawn through a heated die, where precise polymerization of the resin results in profiles of extraordinary quality and performance.

Fiber Reinforced Polymer (FRP) is a composite material made of a polymer matrix reinforced with fibers. The fibres are usually glass, carbon, aramid, or basalt. If you already have your own design drawings, it will take up to 15 working days for our company to make the mold based on your design drawings and produce the first sample; If you do not have your own design drawings, our company can provide you with a maximum of 2 working days for the first drawing and a maximum of 25 working days for the first sample according to your requirements
