During this process, reinforcement fibers such as roving, continuous mat, woven roving, or carbon are impregnated with a sophisticated polymer matrix, including resins, minerals, pigments, and additives. These impregnated fibers are expertly guided through a pre-forming station to establish the stratification crucial for endowing the profile with its desirable characteristics. If you already have your own design drawings, it will take up to 15 working days for our company to make the mold based on your design drawings and produce the first sample; If you do not have your own design drawings, our company can provide you with a maximum of 2 working days for the first drawing and a maximum of 25 working days for the first sample according to your requirements
