It accommodates a variety of reinforcement fibers, including roving, continuous mat, woven roving, carbon, and others. These fibers are expertly impregnated with a sophisticated polymer matrix composed of resin, minerals, pigments, and additives. They then traverse a pre-forming station that meticulously layers them to achieve the specific stratification required for the profile's desired properties. Following this pre-forming step, the resin-impregnated fibers are meticulously pulled through a heated die to polymerize the resin, ensuring exceptional durability and performance.
