The FRP doors are masterfully assembled from a collection of high-quality components. Each corner is fortified with resin and L-shaped internal brackets, ensuring unparalleled stability. To further enhance their durability, various fixing methods, including external rivets, are meticulously employed. This construction ensures the doors maintain their integrity even in the most demanding environments.
,
Our commitment to excellence is evident in our selection of rivets for the assembly of our FRP doors. Each component can be customized to meet specific requirements, with options including stainless steel, aluminum alloy, and nylon. Whether it's size or style, our rivets are tailored to complement and enhance the overall functionality and aesthetic of the doors.
FRP maintenance doors are essential in industrial settings like square cooling towers, electrolysis plants, chemical processing sites, and warehouses for hazardous chemicals and large machinery. These doors are engineered to withstand environments where corrosive gases are a constant, ensuring longevity and safety.
FRP Pultrusion production is a continuous and innovative process that enables the creation of fiberglass reinforced polymer profiles of any length and constant section. This advanced technique utilizes reinforcement fibers, which can include roving, continuous mat, woven roving, carbon, or others. These fibers are expertly impregnated with a polymer matrix, comprising resin, minerals, pigments, and additives, before passing through a pre-forming station. This process meticulously stratifies the materials to imbue the profile with its desired properties. Following the pre-forming stage, the resin-impregnated fibers are drawn through a heated die that polymerizes the resin, resulting in a robust, high-performance product.
1. Are you a manufacturer?
Yes, we are a manufacturer, welcome to visit our factory!
2. What's FRP?
Fiber Reinforced Polymer (FRP) is a composite material made of a polymer matrix reinforced with fibers. The fibres are usually glass, carbon, aramid, or basalt. Rarely, other fibres such as paper or wood or asbestos have been used. The polymer is usually an epoxy, vinylester or polyester thermosetting plastic, and formaldehyde resins are still in use. FRP are commonly used in the aerospace, automotive, marine, construction industries and ballistic armor.
3. How long will it take to produce samples for proposing new product requirements
If you already have your own design drawings, it will take up to 15 working days for our company to make the mold based on your design drawings and produce the first sample; If you do not have your own design drawings, our company can provide you with a maximum of 2 working days for the first drawing and a maximum of 25 working days for the first sample according to your requirements
