Our cutting-edge cable conduit features an intricate construction of an outer braided layer, a middle winding layer, and an inner braided layer. Each layer is meticulously soaked in resin and then cured at elevated temperatures. For projects requiring a larger outer diameter and greater thickness, we offer the capability to integrate an additional weaving and wrapping layer, tailored precisely to meet your specifications.

At Huizhou Hengxin Composites Co., Ltd, our state-of-the-art strength testing machines are dedicated to ensuring that each fiberglass cable conduit we produce adheres strictly to the highest testing standards. Quality and reliability are our promise.
The connection system for our fiberglass cable conduits is engineered for excellence, utilizing straight-through techniques, rubber rings, and pipe pillows. We provide a comprehensive range of specific models for pipe pillows, rubber rings, and dual-way connectors to seamlessly complement each fiberglass cable conduit.
Experience the marvel of FRP Pultrusion production, a continuous process engineered to create fiberglass reinforced polymer profiles of indefinite length and uniform section. The reinforcement fibers, which include roving, continuous mat, woven roving, carbon, or other materials, are meticulously impregnated with a polymer matrix composed of resin, minerals, pigments, and additives. This mixture is directed through a pre-forming station which crafts the necessary stratification to endow the profile with its desired properties. Following this step, the resin-saturated fibers are drawn through a heated die to initiate the polymerization of the resin, solidifying its formidable qualities.
1. Are you a manufacturer?
Yes, we are a manufacturer, welcome to visit our factory!
2. What's FRP?
Fiber Reinforced Polymer (FRP) is a composite material made of a polymer matrix reinforced with fibers. The fibres are usually glass, carbon, aramid, or basalt. Rarely, other fibres such as paper or wood or asbestos have been used. The polymer is usually an epoxy, vinylester or polyester thermosetting plastic, and formaldehyde resins are still in use. FRP are commonly used in the aerospace, automotive, marine, construction industries and ballistic armor.
3. How long will it take to produce samples for proposing new product requirements
If you already have your own design drawings, it will take up to 15 working days for our company to make the mold based on your design drawings and produce the first sample; If you do not have your own design drawings, our company can provide you with a maximum of 2 working days for the first drawing and a maximum of 25 working days for the first sample according to your requirements
