Our high-performance fiberglass louvers are meticulously crafted using advanced CNC machine technology. Precision-drilled columns accommodate the louvers, which are securely anchored to the frame with specially selected rivets. These rivets, designed through custom engineering, ensure a robust fixation, so you can rest assured of their stability, even during extensive transportation over challenging terrains. Our louvers have been rigorously tested over a 2,500-kilometer journey, from an altitude of 100m to 3,000m, maintaining their integrity on rugged mountain roads.
Designed to withstand harsh environmental conditions, our resilient fiberglass louvers offer exceptional resistance against extreme temperatures, UV exposure, and oxidative damage. Their robust construction makes them an ideal choice for a variety of applications, including factory ventilation, electrolysis plants, cooling towers, air conditioning frames, and the exteriors of both large machinery and community gardens.

2. What's FRP?
Fiber Reinforced Polymer (FRP) is a composite material made of a polymer matrix reinforced with fibers. The fibres are usually glass, carbon, aramid, or basalt. Rarely, other fibres such as paper or wood or asbestos have been used. The polymer is usually an epoxy, vinylester or polyester thermosetting plastic, and formaldehyde resins are still in use. FRP are commonly used in the aerospace, automotive, marine, construction industries and ballistic armor.
