Expertly engineered, FRP doors are a masterpiece of assembly, crafted from multiple high-quality components. Each corner is fortified with resin and secured with internal L-shaped brackets, employing diverse fixing techniques such as external rivets. This meticulous construction ensures their integrity and performance across various challenging environments.
,
We meticulously select premium rivets to secure the assembly of our FRP doors. Tailored to your needs, these can be crafted from stainless steel, aluminum alloy, nylon, and more. Our customization service offers rivets in diverse sizes and styles, ensuring that your specific installation requirements are met with precision.
FRP maintenance doors are quintessential for facilities like square cooling towers, electrolysis plants, chemical factories, and hazardous chemical warehouses. Their robust construction makes them ideal for use in environments like large machinery warehouses, where the generation of corrosive gases is a constant challenge during production processes.
The FRP Pultrusion production process is an advanced, continuous method for crafting fiberglass-reinforced polymer profiles of indefinite lengths and uniform sections. Reinforcement fibers, such as roving, continuous mat, woven roving, or carbon, are saturated with a polymer matrix comprising resin, minerals, pigments, and additives. These are then aligned through a pre-forming station to achieve the strategic stratification that imparts desired properties to the profile. Following this, the resin-impregnated fibers are expertly pulled through a heated die to effect resin polymerization, ensuring exceptional structural integrity.
1. Are you a manufacturer?
Yes, we are a manufacturer, welcome to visit our factory!
2. What's FRP?
Fiber Reinforced Polymer (FRP) is a composite material made of a polymer matrix reinforced with fibers. The fibres are usually glass, carbon, aramid, or basalt. Rarely, other fibres such as paper or wood or asbestos have been used. The polymer is usually an epoxy, vinylester or polyester thermosetting plastic, and formaldehyde resins are still in use. FRP are commonly used in the aerospace, automotive, marine, construction industries and ballistic armor.
3. How long will it take to produce samples for proposing new product requirements
If you already have your own design drawings, it will take up to 15 working days for our company to make the mold based on your design drawings and produce the first sample; If you do not have your own design drawings, our company can provide you with a maximum of 2 working days for the first drawing and a maximum of 25 working days for the first sample according to your requirements
