The FRP Pultrusion production process is an innovative, continuous operation crafted to fabricate fiberglass reinforced polymer profiles of limitless length and consistent section. Reinforcement fibers, including roving, continuous mat, woven roving, or carbon, are expertly impregnated with a polymer matrix composed of resins, minerals, pigments, and additives. These fibers are skillfully guided through a pre-forming station, laying down the essential stratification necessary to impart the profile with its desirable characteristics. Fiber Reinforced Polymer (FRP) is a composite material made of a polymer matrix reinforced with fibers. The fibres are usually glass, carbon, aramid, or basalt. If you already have your own design drawings, it will take up to 15 working days for our company to make the mold based on your design drawings and produce the first sample; If you do not have your own design drawings, our company can provide you with a maximum of 2 working days for the first drawing and a maximum of 25 working days for the first sample according to your requirements
