The FRP Pultrusion production process is a state-of-the-art, continuous operation, meticulously designed to produce fiberglass reinforced polymer profiles of infinite length and uniform section. Reinforcement fibers—such as roving, continuous mat, woven roving, or carbon—are expertly impregnated with a sophisticated polymer matrix composed of resins, minerals, pigments, and additives. These impregnated fibers are deftly maneuvered through a pre-forming station, precisely establishing the stratification needed to impart the profiles with their exceptional characteristics.
