Our state-of-the-art FRP Pultrusion production process represents a continuous and highly efficient method for creating fiberglass reinforced polymer profiles of any desired length and constant cross-section. The process begins with reinforcement fibers, which can include rovings, continuous mats, woven robings, carbon, or others. These fibers are meticulously impregnated with a premium polymer matrix, which includes resin, minerals, pigments, and various additives. They are then carefully advanced through a pre-forming station to establish the stratification necessary for achieving the desired profile properties. Following the pre-forming stage, the resin-impregnated fibers proceed through a heated die, where the resin is precisely polymerized to ensure optimal strength and durability.

Fiber Reinforced Polymer (FRP) is a composite material made of a polymer matrix reinforced with fibers. The fibres are usually glass, carbon, aramid, or basalt. Rarely, other fibres such as paper or wood or asbestos have been used. The polymer is usually an epoxy, vinylester or polyester thermosetting plastic, and formaldehyde resins are still in use. If you already have your own design drawings, it will take up to 15 working days for our company to make the mold based on your design drawings and produce the first sample; If you do not have your own design drawings, our company can provide you with a maximum of 2 working days for the first drawing and a maximum of 25 working days for the first sample according to your requirements
