Production process

The FRP Pultrusion production is a state-of-the-art continuous process designed to craft fiberglass reinforced polymer profiles of any length and consistent section. Utilizing an array of reinforcement fibers—be it roving, continuous mat, woven roving, carbon, or others—the fibers undergo impregnation with a meticulously formulated polymer matrix. This matrix comprises resin, minerals, pigments, and additives, which are seamlessly integrated through a pre-forming station. Here, the precise stratification process takes place to endow the profile with its desired properties. Following the pre-forming step, the resin-impregnated fibers are expertly pulled through a heated die, where the resin is polymerized, culminating in a product of unparalleled quality and precision.

Fiber Reinforced Polymer (FRP) is a composite material made of a polymer matrix reinforced with fibers. The fibres are usually glass, carbon, aramid, or basalt. 3. How long will it take to produce samples for proposing new product requirements
If you already have your own design drawings, it will take up to 15 working days for our company to make the mold based on your design drawings and produce the first sample; If you do not have your own design drawings, our company can provide you with a maximum of 2 working days for the first drawing and a maximum of 25 working days for the first sample according to your requirements
