Embrace the cutting-edge world of FRP Pultrusion production, a seamless and continuous process that crafts fiberglass reinforced polymer profiles of infinite lengths and consistent sections. This remarkable method employs reinforcement fibers, such as roving, continuous mat, woven roving, carbon, and more. These fibers are expertly impregnated with a polymer matrix blend—including resins, minerals, pigments, and additives—before passing through a pre-forming station, where stratification occurs to imbue the profile with its desired attributes. Following pre-forming, the resin-soaked fibers are meticulously drawn through a heated die, where the resin undergoes polymerization, culminating in a product of unmatched strength and elegance.

2. What's FRP?
Fiber Reinforced Polymer (FRP) is a composite material made of a polymer matrix reinforced with fibers. The fibres are usually glass, carbon, aramid, or basalt. Rarely, other fibres such as paper or wood or asbestos have been used. The polymer is usually an epoxy, vinylester or polyester thermosetting plastic, and formaldehyde resins are still in use. FRP are commonly used in the aerospace, automotive, marine, construction industries and ballistic armor.
3. How long will it take to produce samples for proposing new product requirements
If you already have your own design drawings, it will take up to 15 working days for our company to make the mold based on your design drawings and produce the first sample; If you do not have your own design drawings, our company can provide you with a maximum of 2 working days for the first drawing and a maximum of 25 working days for the first sample according to your requirements
