Recognized for their protective prowess, FRP transparent windows are expertly designed as external shields for live equipment. They are well-suited for environments ranging from electrolytic plants to chemical raw material facilities and electrical cabinets, providing a formidable defense against the corrosive gases often present in such settings.
The FRP Pultrusion production process is a continuous marvel, designed to fabricate fiberglass-reinforced polymer profiles of limitless lengths and consistent cross-sections. Utilizing a variety of reinforcement fibers—be it roving, continuous mat, or woven roving—the fibers are meticulously infused with a polymer matrix comprising resin, minerals, pigments, and additives. This composite is guided through a pre-forming station, crafting the strategic stratification necessary for achieving the desired profile qualities. As a final touch, the resin-impregnated fibers are expertly pulled through a heated die, ensuring complete polymerization of the resin, resulting in a flawless, high-quality end product.
1. Are you a manufacturer?
Yes, we are a manufacturer, welcome to visit our factory!
2. What's FRP?
Fiber Reinforced Polymer (FRP) is a composite material made of a polymer matrix reinforced with fibers. The fibres are usually glass, carbon, aramid, or basalt. Rarely, other fibres such as paper or wood or asbestos have been used. The polymer is usually an epoxy, vinylester or polyester thermosetting plastic, and formaldehyde resins are still in use. FRP are commonly used in the aerospace, automotive, marine, construction industries and ballistic armor.
3. How long will it take to produce samples for proposing new product requirements
If you already have your own design drawings, it will take up to 15 working days for our company to make the mold based on your design drawings and produce the first sample; If you do not have your own design drawings, our company can provide you with a maximum of 2 working days for the first drawing and a maximum of 25 working days for the first sample according to your requirements
