Our FRP transparent windows offer unparalleled suitability for diverse climatic conditions, showcasing exceptional resistance against both corrosion and oxidation. Built with robust durability and a significantly extended lifespan, these windows eliminate the need for frequent replacements. Ingeniously crafted using transparent lighting panels instead of conventional glass, they enhance safety by breaking into large, manageable pieces rather than shattering into dangerous shards. Lighter than traditional alternatives, these skylight windows are designed for effortless installation, featuring waterproof and sun-resistant properties that ensure their lasting performance.
These FRP transparent windows are expertly crafted to serve as essential external protective devices, perfectly suited for live equipment in environments such as electrolytic plants, chemical raw material facilities, and electrical cabinets, where the production of corrosive gases is a common occurrence.

The FRP Pultrusion production method is a sophisticated, continuous process that creates fiberglass reinforced polymer profiles of any length and consistent cross-section. Utilizing a diverse array of reinforcement fibers, including roving, continuous mat, woven roving, carbon, and more, these fibers are meticulously impregnated with a polymer matrix comprising resin, minerals, pigments, and additives. Following this, the material passes through a precise pre-forming station that achieves the stratification essential for imparting the desired properties to the profile. Subsequently, the resin-impregnated fibers are drawn through a heated die, where the resin undergoes polymerization, culminating in the creation of high-quality profiles.
1. Are you a manufacturer?
Yes, we are a manufacturer, welcome to visit our factory!
2. What's FRP?
Fiber Reinforced Polymer (FRP) is a composite material made of a polymer matrix reinforced with fibers. The fibres are usually glass, carbon, aramid, or basalt. Rarely, other fibres such as paper or wood or asbestos have been used. The polymer is usually an epoxy, vinylester or polyester thermosetting plastic, and formaldehyde resins are still in use. FRP are commonly used in the aerospace, automotive, marine, construction industries and ballistic armor.
3. How long will it take to produce samples for proposing new product requirements
If you already have your own design drawings, it will take up to 15 working days for our company to make the mold based on your design drawings and produce the first sample; If you do not have your own design drawings, our company can provide you with a maximum of 2 working days for the first drawing and a maximum of 25 working days for the first sample according to your requirements
