The FRP Pultrusion process is an advanced continuous production method crafted to generate fiberglass reinforced polymer profiles of any desired length and consistent cross-sectional geometry. This sophisticated technique utilizes reinforcement fibers such as roving, continuous mat, woven roving, carbon, or other materials, efficiently impregnated with a polymer matrix composed of resin, minerals, pigments, and specialized additives. Following impregnation, these fibers transit through a precisely engineered pre-forming station, orchestrating the stratification required to bestow the profile with its specified properties. Post pre-forming, the resin-saturated fibers are carefully drawn through a heated die, expertly facilitating the resin polymerization process, ensuring superior quality and performance.

2. What's FRP?
Fiber Reinforced Polymer (FRP) is a composite material made of a polymer matrix reinforced with fibers. The fibres are usually glass, carbon, aramid, or basalt. Rarely, other fibres such as paper or wood or asbestos have been used. The polymer is usually an epoxy, vinylester or polyester thermosetting plastic, and formaldehyde resins are still in use. FRP are commonly used in the aerospace, automotive, marine, construction industries and ballistic armor.
3. How long will it take to produce samples for proposing new product requirements
If you already have your own design drawings, it will take up to 15 working days for our company to make the mold based on your design drawings and produce the first sample; If you do not have your own design drawings, our company can provide you with a maximum of 2 working days for the first drawing and a maximum of 25 working days for the first sample according to your requirements
