The FRP Pultrusion process is an advanced continuous production method designed to create fiberglass reinforced polymer profiles of endless lengths and consistent cross-sections. Reinforcement fibers, which may include roving, continuous mat, woven roving, carbon, or other materials, are expertly impregnated with a polymer matrix composed of resin, minerals, pigments, and additives. These are then channeled through a pre-forming station to achieve the strategic stratification required for optimal profile properties. Following pre-forming, the resin-laden fibers are meticulously pulled through a heated die to induce resin polymerization, culminating in a robust and precisely formed profile.
