Our elite fiberglass louvers are meticulously crafted using advanced CNC machine tools to create precision-drilled holes in the columns. Each louver gracefully threads through these columns and is securely anchored to the frame with expertly chosen nails. Our rivets, designed with meticulous attention to detail, ensure an unyielding attachment of the louvers to the frame, commissioned specifically for this purpose. During transport, you can rest assured that the integrity of these louvers is maintained, as they have impressively endured a 2500-kilometer journey from an elevation of 100m to 3000m, exhibiting remarkable resilience even on challenging mountainous roads.
Crafted for supreme durability, our fiberglass louvers excel in withstanding extreme temperatures, relentless sun exposure, and oxidative environments. These robust louvers are ideal for a wide array of applications, including ventilation in industrial settings like factories and electrolysis plants, as well as in cooling towers, air conditioning outdoor unit frames, the exteriors of large mechanical installations, and garden community perimeters.

2. What's FRP?
Fiber Reinforced Polymer (FRP) is a composite material made of a polymer matrix reinforced with fibers. The fibres are usually glass, carbon, aramid, or basalt. Rarely, other fibres such as paper or wood or asbestos have been used. The polymer is usually an epoxy, vinylester or polyester thermosetting plastic, and formaldehyde resins are still in use. FRP are commonly used in the aerospace, automotive, marine, construction industries and ballistic armor.
