Our FRP Pultrusion production is a continuous and highly efficient process designed to produce fiberglass reinforced polymer profiles of any length with constant section. We utilize a variety of reinforcement fibers including roving, continuous mat, woven roving, carbon, and more. These fibers are expertly impregnated with a polymer matrix, consisting of resin, minerals, pigments, and additives, and guided through a pre-forming station, achieving the stratification necessary to deliver the desired profile properties. Post pre-forming, the resin-impregnated fibers are drawn through a heated die, ensuring optimal polymerization of the resin.
