The FRP Pultrusion production process represents a sophisticated continuous manufacturing technique, expertly designed to fabricate fiberglass reinforced polymer profiles of any length and uniform cross-section. This process accommodates a variety of reinforcement fibers, including roving, continuous mat, woven roving, and carbon fibers, among others. These fibers are expertly impregnated with a specialized polymer matrix composed of resin, minerals, pigments, and additives. They are then guided through a pre-forming station, meticulously creating the necessary stratification to endow the profile with its desired properties. Following this stage, the resin-impregnated fibers are expertly pulled through a heated die, which activates the polymerization of the resin, solidifying the profile's characteristics.

2. What's FRP?
Fiber Reinforced Polymer (FRP) is a composite material made of a polymer matrix reinforced with fibers. The fibres are usually glass, carbon, aramid, or basalt. Rarely, other fibres such as paper or wood or asbestos have been used. The polymer is usually an epoxy, vinylester or polyester thermosetting plastic, and formaldehyde resins are still in use. FRP are commonly used in the aerospace, automotive, marine, construction industries and ballistic armor.

If you already have your own design drawings, it will take up to 15 working days for our company to make the mold based on your design drawings and produce the first sample; If you do not have your own design drawings, our company can provide you with a maximum of 2 working days for the first drawing and a maximum of 25 working days for the first sample according to your requirements
