Our exceptional fiberglass louvers are meticulously crafted using advanced CNC machine tools for precision drilling in the columns. Each louver is artfully threaded through these columns and securely fastened to the frame utilizing specially-selected rivets. These rivets, designed with expert craftsmanship, ensure a firm and enduring hold, eliminating any concerns about displacement during transit. Our louvers have impressively traversed a challenging distance of 2500 kilometers, from altitudes of 100m to 3000m, maintaining their integrity on rugged mountain roads.
Engineered for excellence, our fiberglass louvers exhibit remarkable resistance to extreme temperature variations, prolonged sun exposure, and oxidation. These robust and dependable louvers serve as an ideal solution for ventilation needs in diverse settings, such as industrial factories, electrolysis plants, cooling towers, and residential air conditioning outdoor unit frames. They are also perfect for enhancing the exterior aesthetics of large mechanical structures and garden community walls.

2. What's FRP?
Fiber Reinforced Polymer (FRP) is a composite material made of a polymer matrix reinforced with fibers. The fibres are usually glass, carbon, aramid, or basalt. Rarely, other fibres such as paper or wood or asbestos have been used. The polymer is usually an epoxy, vinylester or polyester thermosetting plastic, and formaldehyde resins are still in use. FRP are commonly used in the aerospace, automotive, marine, construction industries and ballistic armor.
