Our company found through market research on fiberglass reinforced plastic that the vast majority of fiberglass round towers only have one layer of filter screen installed at the ventilation opening for ventilation. This layer of filter is easily damaged by insects, ants, or sand and gravel, causing multiple repairs. Our company has broken through the limitation of fiberglass extrusion lines that can only pull straight profiles, and developed arc-shaped louvers that can effectively prevent damage to the filter screen from insects, ants, or sand and gravel, reduce the number of repairs, and have received unanimous praise from multiple customers.

The customer has customized a platform board from our company, requiring high strength, light weight, easy splicing, a splicing gap of less than 2mm, and a covered joint (the gap cannot be straight through). Production process

    FRP Pultrusion production is a continous production process to produce fiberglass reinforcedpolymer proflesof any length and contstant section.Reinforce-ment fibers may be roving,con.tinous mat,woven robing,carbonor others. The fibers are impregnated with polymer matrix(resin,minerals,pigments,additives) and passedthrough a pre-foming station that producesthe stratifcation necessary to give the profle the desiredproperties.After the pre-formingstep,the resin-impregnated fibers are pulled through a heated die topolymerize the resin.

2. What's FRP?
Fiber Reinforced Polymer (FRP) is a composite material made of a polymer matrix reinforced with fibers. The fibres are usually glass, carbon, aramid, or basalt. 3. How long will it take to produce samples for proposing new product requirements
If you already have your own design drawings, it will take up to 15 working days for our company to make the mold based on your design drawings and produce the first sample; If you do not have your own design drawings, our company can provide you with a maximum of 2 working days for the first drawing and a maximum of 25 working days for the first sample according to your requirements
