Our superior fiberglass louvers boast precision-craftsmanship using advanced CNC machine tools. Each hole drilled into the columns is meticulously placed for perfect alignment, allowing the louvers to seamlessly integrate into the frame. They are secured with specially selected rivets, designed specifically for this purpose, ensuring steadfast stability. Our louvers have proven their durability by withstanding a 2500-kilometer journey from 100m to 3000m altitude, remaining intact and secure even on challenging mountain roads.
These fiberglass louvers are engineered to withstand extreme temperatures, from blistering heat to extreme cold, as well as prolonged sun exposure and oxidation. Their robustness makes them ideal for diverse applications, such as ventilating factories, electrolysis plants, and cooling towers. They are also perfect for outdoor unit frames of household air conditioners, large machinery exterior walls, and as part of elegant garden community structures.

2. What's FRP?
Fiber Reinforced Polymer (FRP) is a composite material made of a polymer matrix reinforced with fibers. The fibres are usually glass, carbon, aramid, or basalt. Rarely, other fibres such as paper or wood or asbestos have been used. The polymer is usually an epoxy, vinylester or polyester thermosetting plastic, and formaldehyde resins are still in use. FRP are commonly used in the aerospace, automotive, marine, construction industries and ballistic armor.
