The FRP Pultrusion production is a highly efficient, continuous process designed to create fiberglass reinforced polymer profiles of endless lengths and consistent sections. Reinforcement fibers, whether roving, continuous mat, woven roving, or carbon, are impregnated with a polymer matrix that includes resin, minerals, pigments, and additives. These fibers pass through a pre-forming station, achieving the necessary stratification for the desired profile properties. The resin-impregnated fibers are then pulled through a heated die, where the resin undergoes polymerization, solidifying the structure.
