The FRP maintenance door designed and developed by our company is resistant to high and low temperatures, oxidation and corrosion, sturdy and lightweight, easy to install, resistant to sunlight and does not fade, and has a long service life without replacement.
Our FRP maintenance doors are commonly used in factories such as square cooling towers, electrolysis plants, chemical plants, hazardous chemical warehouses, and large machinery warehouses where corrosive gases are generated during the production process.

FRP doors are assembled and assembled from multiple components, using resin and internal L-shaped corner brackets at each corner, and various fixing methods such as external rivets to ensure that they remain intact in various environments.
,
Our company carefully selects rivets for fixing the assembly components of our FRP doors, which can be made of materials such as stainless steel, aluminum alloy, nylon, etc. The size and style can be customized.
FRP maintenance doors are commonly used in factories such as square cooling towers, electrolysis plants, chemical plants, hazardous chemical warehouses, and large machinery warehouses where corrosive gases are generated during the production process.
FRP Pultrusion production is a continous production process to produce fiberglass reinforcedpolymer proflesof any length and contstant section.Reinforce-ment fibers may be roving, con.tinous mat, woven robing, carbonor others. The fibers are impregnated with polymer matrix(resin, minerals, pigments, additives) and passedthrough a pre-foming station that producesthe stratifcation necessary to give the profle the desiredproperties. After the pre-formingstep,the resin-impregnated fibers are pulled through a heated die topolymerize the resin.
1. Are you a manufacturer?
Yes, we are a manufacturer, welcome to visit our factory!
2. What's FRP?
Fiber Reinforced Polymer (FRP) is a composite material made of a polymer matrix reinforced with fibers. The fibres are usually glass, carbon, aramid, or basalt. Rarely, other fibres such as paper or wood or asbestos have been used. The polymer is usually an epoxy, vinylester or polyester thermosetting plastic, and formaldehyde resins are still in use. FRP are commonly used in the aerospace, automotive, marine, construction industries and ballistic armor.
3. How long will it take to produce samples for proposing new product requirements
If you already have your own design drawings, it will take up to 15 working days for our company to make the mold based on your design drawings and produce the first sample; If you do not have your own design drawings, our company can provide you with a maximum of 2 working days for the first drawing and a maximum of 25 working days for the first sample according to your requirements
