The FRP Pultrusion production is a seamless, continuous process that elegantly produces fiberglass reinforced polymer profiles in any required length and constant section. The reinforcement fibers, which can include roving, continuous mat, woven roving, carbon, or others, are meticulously impregnated with a polymer matrix comprising resin, minerals, pigments, and additives. They are then directed through an expertly designed pre-forming station, achieving the stratification essential to bestow the profile with desired characteristics. Following the pre-forming phase, the resin-impregnated fibers are systematically pulled through a precisely heated die to polymerize the resin, ensuring a flawless finish.

If you already have your own design drawings, it will take up to 15 working days for our company to make the mold based on your design drawings and produce the first sample; If you do not have your own design drawings, our company can provide you with a maximum of 2 working days for the first drawing and a maximum of 25 working days for the first sample according to your requirements
