The FRP Pultrusion production is a seamless, continuous process designed to create fiberglass reinforced polymer profiles of limitless length with uniform sections. Reinforcement fibers used can include roving, continuous mat, woven roving, carbon, or others. These fibers are thoroughly impregnated with a polymer matrix comprising resin, minerals, pigments, and additives. They then journey through a pre-forming station, implementing the necessary stratification to endow the profile with its desired properties. Following this, the resin-imbued fibers are meticulously pulled through a heated die to facilitate the polymerization of the resin.
