At Huizhou Hengxin Composites Co., Ltd, we meticulously select high-grade rivets for assembling our FRP doors. Whether made from enduring stainless steel, lightweight aluminum alloy, or versatile nylon, the rivets can be customized in size and style to meet your exact specifications, ensuring seamless integration and optimal performance.
FRP maintenance doors are extensively used in challenging industrial settings such as square cooling towers, electrolysis plants, chemical processing facilities, and warehouses storing hazardous chemicals and large machinery. These areas are prone to corrosive gas emissions, making our doors a reliable choice for safety and durability.
The FRP Pultrusion process is a cutting-edge, continuous production method for creating fiberglass reinforced polymer profiles of any length and uniform cross-section. Using reinforcement fibers like roving, continuous mat, or woven roving, these fibers are saturated with a polymer matrix consisting of resin, minerals, pigments, and additives. They are then guided through a pre-forming station for optimal stratification, imparting the profiles with desired properties. Subsequent to pre-forming, the saturated fibers pass through a precisely heated die where the resin undergoes polymerization, resulting in superior finished products.
1. Are you a manufacturer?
Yes, we are a manufacturer, welcome to visit our factory!
2. What's FRP?
Fiber Reinforced Polymer (FRP) is a composite material made of a polymer matrix reinforced with fibers. The fibres are usually glass, carbon, aramid, or basalt. Rarely, other fibres such as paper or wood or asbestos have been used. The polymer is usually an epoxy, vinylester or polyester thermosetting plastic, and formaldehyde resins are still in use. FRP are commonly used in the aerospace, automotive, marine, construction industries and ballistic armor.
3. How long will it take to produce samples for proposing new product requirements
If you already have your own design drawings, it will take up to 15 working days for our company to make the mold based on your design drawings and produce the first sample; If you do not have your own design drawings, our company can provide you with a maximum of 2 working days for the first drawing and a maximum of 25 working days for the first sample according to your requirements
