Production process

Easy to Install FRP Louvre Blade for Corrosive Gas Environments
FRP Pultrusion is an advanced continuous production process for crafting fiberglass reinforced polymer profiles of any length and constant section. Reinforcement fibers can include roving, continuous mat, woven roving, carbon, or others. These fibers are meticulously impregnated with a polymer matrix comprised of resin, minerals, pigments, and additives. The fibers then pass through a pre-forming station, which creates the stratification essential to endow the profile with desired properties. Post pre-forming, the resin-impregnated fibers are drawn through a precisely heated die to polymerize the resin effectively.
