Our state-of-the-art fiberglass louvers are meticulously crafted using advanced CNC machine tools, which precision-drill holes into the supporting columns. This innovative process allows louvers to seamlessly pass through these columns, securely anchoring them to the frame with expertly chosen nails. Our commitment to quality is further reflected in the specially designed firing rivets, developed to ensure an unyielding attachment of the louvers to the frame. Even during transportation, spanning an impressive 2,500 kilometers from an altitude of 100m to 3,000m over challenging mountain roads, our product remains steadfast, with no concerns of detachment or damage.
Engineered for resilience, our fiberglass louvers offer unparalleled resistance to extreme temperatures, relentless sun exposure, and oxidation. These robust and reliable solutions are crafted for excellence, making them ideal for diverse applications such as ventilation systems in factories and electrolysis plants, cooling towers, outdoor frames for air conditioning units, and the elegant facades of large mechanical structures and garden community walls.

2. What's FRP?
Fiber Reinforced Polymer (FRP) is a composite material made of a polymer matrix reinforced with fibers. The fibres are usually glass, carbon, aramid, or basalt. Rarely, other fibres such as paper or wood or asbestos have been used. The polymer is usually an epoxy, vinylester or polyester thermosetting plastic, and formaldehyde resins are still in use. FRP are commonly used in the aerospace, automotive, marine, construction industries and ballistic armor.
