The FRP Pultrusion production process represents a seamless, continuous method for fabricating fiberglass-reinforced polymer profiles of any length and uniform section. This sophisticated process incorporates a variety of reinforcement fibers, such as rovings, continuous mats, woven rovings, and possibly carbon fibers. These fibers are meticulously impregnated with a robust polymer matrix, composed of resin, minerals, pigments, and additives, then guided through a pre-forming station to establish the necessary stratification, imparting the profiles with their unique properties. Following the pre-forming stage, the resin-impregnated fibers advance through a heated die, where the resin undergoes polymerization, resulting in exceptional structural integrity and performance.
