FRP Pultrusion production represents a seamless, continuous process designed to yield fiberglass reinforced polymer profiles of limitless length and consistent cross-section. Utilizing a variety of reinforcement fibers—be it roving, continuous mat, woven roving, carbon, or others—these fibers are expertly impregnated with a polymer matrix, comprising resin, minerals, pigments, and additives. This composite then journeys through a pre-forming station, skillfully layered to create profiles with the exact properties desired. Following this, the resin-infused fibers navigate through a heated die, initiating resin polymerization, and culminating in the creation of high-performance profiles tailored for robust applications.

2. What's FRP?
Fiber Reinforced Polymer (FRP) is a composite material made of a polymer matrix reinforced with fibers. The fibres are usually glass, carbon, aramid, or basalt. Rarely, other fibres such as paper or wood or asbestos have been used. The polymer is usually an epoxy, vinylester or polyester thermosetting plastic, and formaldehyde resins are still in use. FRP are commonly used in the aerospace, automotive, marine, construction industries and ballistic armor.
3. How long will it take to produce samples for proposing new product requirements
If you already have your own design drawings, it will take up to 15 working days for our company to make the mold based on your design drawings and produce the first sample; If you do not have your own design drawings, our company can provide you with a maximum of 2 working days for the first drawing and a maximum of 25 working days for the first sample according to your requirements
