The FRP Pultrusion production process is a cutting-edge, continuous operation designed to fabricate fiberglass reinforced polymer profiles of limitless length and uniform section. Reinforcement fibers, such as roving, continuous mat, woven roving, or carbon, are expertly impregnated with a polymer matrix that includes resins, minerals, pigments, and additives. These impregnated fibers are deftly guided through a pre-forming station, laying down the stratification needed to endow the profile with its desirable attributes. Following this, the resin-rich fibers are drawn through a heated die, where the resin is meticulously polymerized, resulting in profiles of exceptional quality and performance.

Fiber Reinforced Polymer (FRP) is a composite material made of a polymer matrix reinforced with fibers. The fibres are usually glass, carbon, aramid, or basalt. If you already have your own design drawings, it will take up to 15 working days for our company to make the mold based on your design drawings and produce the first sample; If you do not have your own design drawings, our company can provide you with a maximum of 2 working days for the first drawing and a maximum of 25 working days for the first sample according to your requirements
