This process utilizes a selection of reinforcement fibers—ranging from roving, continuous mat, woven roving, to carbon fibers. These fibers are meticulously impregnated with a sophisticated polymer matrix, comprising resin, minerals, pigments, and additives. As they pass through a pre-forming station, they acquire the stratification essential to imbue the profile with its remarkable properties. Following this, the resin-impregnated fibers traverse a heated die, catalyzing the polymerization of the resin, thereby achieving the final, polished product.

3. How long will it take to produce samples for proposing new product requirements
If you already have your own design drawings, it will take up to 15 working days for our company to make the mold based on your design drawings and produce the first sample; If you do not have your own design drawings, our company can provide you with a maximum of 2 working days for the first drawing and a maximum of 25 working days for the first sample according to your requirements
