The FRP Pultrusion production is a marvel of engineering, encompassing a continuous process that crafts fiberglass reinforced polymer profiles of any length and consistent section. This process involves reinforcement fibers—be it roving, continuous mat, woven roving, carbon, or others—being impregnated with a polymer matrix composed of resin, minerals, pigments, and additives. These fibers then journey through a pre-forming station, which meticulously organizes the stratification necessary to endow the profile with its desired properties. Following the pre-forming stage, the resin-impregnated fibers are drawn through a heated die, where the resin undergoes polymerization, solidifying the profile's structural integrity.
