Crafted with precision, FRP doors are an assembly of expertly designed components, each corner reinforced with resin and L-shaped brackets for enhanced stability. These doors employ an array of securing techniques, including external rivets, to ensure they remain steadfast and intact, regardless of the challenging environments they encounter.
,
At Huizhou Hengxin Composites Co., Ltd, we take pride in our meticulous selection of rivets, which are pivotal in securing our FRP door assemblies. Available in a variety of materials such as stainless steel, aluminum alloy, and nylon, each rivet can be tailored to meet your specific size and style requirements, ensuring a perfect fit for any application.
FRP maintenance doors are a staple in industries that encounter corrosive environments, such as square cooling towers, electrolysis plants, chemical processing facilities, hazardous chemical storage, and large machinery warehouses. Their robust construction ensures they can withstand the rigors of such demanding conditions.
Our impressive FRP Pultrusion production process is a continuous and seamless operation, designed to create fiberglass reinforced polymer profiles of infinite length and consistent cross-section. We utilize reinforcement fibers like roving, continuous mat, woven roving, carbon, and others, which are expertly impregnated with a polymer matrix of resin, minerals, pigments, and additives. These materials are guided through a pre-forming station that perfects the stratification, imparting the desired properties to the profiles. Once pre-formed, the resin-impregnated fibers are methodically pulled through a heated die to complete the polymerization process, solidifying the strength and qualities of the finished product.
1. Are you a manufacturer?
Yes, we are a manufacturer, welcome to visit our factory!
2. What's FRP?
Fiber Reinforced Polymer (FRP) is a composite material made of a polymer matrix reinforced with fibers. The fibres are usually glass, carbon, aramid, or basalt. Rarely, other fibres such as paper or wood or asbestos have been used. The polymer is usually an epoxy, vinylester or polyester thermosetting plastic, and formaldehyde resins are still in use. FRP are commonly used in the aerospace, automotive, marine, construction industries and ballistic armor.
3. How long will it take to produce samples for proposing new product requirements
If you already have your own design drawings, it will take up to 15 working days for our company to make the mold based on your design drawings and produce the first sample; If you do not have your own design drawings, our company can provide you with a maximum of 2 working days for the first drawing and a maximum of 25 working days for the first sample according to your requirements
