Engineered with precision, FRP doors are crafted from multiple components, featuring resin and internal L-shaped corner brackets at each junction. A variety of fixing methods, including external rivets, are employed to ensure structural integrity, maintaining performance across diverse environmental conditions.
,
At our company, the selection of rivets for assembling FRP doors is done with utmost care. Available in stainless steel, aluminum alloy, nylon, and more, these rivets come in customizable sizes and styles to cater to specific requirements, ensuring a perfect fit for any application.
Our FRP maintenance doors are especially suited for use in environments like square cooling towers, electrolysis plants, chemical plants, and hazardous chemical warehouses. They are adept at withstanding the challenges posed by corrosive gases produced during various industrial processes.
FRP Pultrusion is a sophisticated, continuous process designed for manufacturing fiberglass reinforced polymer profiles of variable lengths and consistent cross-sections. The process utilizes reinforcement fibers such as roving, continuous mat, woven roving, carbon, and others. These fibers are saturated with a polymer matrix comprising resin, minerals, pigments, and additives, and are then guided through a pre-forming station, which aligns the stratification to impart the desired properties to the profiles. Following this, the resin-impregnated fibers are drawn through a heated die to initiate resin polymerization, ensuring a robust final product.
1. Are you a manufacturer?
Yes, we are a manufacturer, welcome to visit our factory!
2. What's FRP?
Fiber Reinforced Polymer (FRP) is a composite material made of a polymer matrix reinforced with fibers. The fibres are usually glass, carbon, aramid, or basalt. Rarely, other fibres such as paper or wood or asbestos have been used. The polymer is usually an epoxy, vinylester or polyester thermosetting plastic, and formaldehyde resins are still in use. FRP are commonly used in the aerospace, automotive, marine, construction industries and ballistic armor.
3. How long will it take to produce samples for proposing new product requirements
If you already have your own design drawings, it will take up to 15 working days for our company to make the mold based on your design drawings and produce the first sample; If you do not have your own design drawings, our company can provide you with a maximum of 2 working days for the first drawing and a maximum of 25 working days for the first sample according to your requirements
