The process utilizes reinforcement fibers such as roving, continuous mat, woven roving, carbon, and others. These fibers are saturated with a polymer matrix comprising resin, minerals, pigments, and additives, and are then guided through a pre-forming station, which aligns the stratification to impart the desired properties to the profiles. Following this, the resin-impregnated fibers are drawn through a heated die to initiate resin polymerization, ensuring a robust final product.
