The FRP Pultrusion production process is an innovative continual method that creates fiberglass reinforced polymer profiles of varying lengths and constant sections. It employs a diverse range of reinforcement fibers, including roving, continuous mat, woven roving, carbon, and more. These fibers are seamlessly impregnated with a polymer matrix consisting of resin, minerals, pigments, and additives. Processed through a pre-forming station, the fibers achieve the necessary stratification for desired profile properties. In the final stage, these resin-impregnated fibers are precisely pulled through a heated die, ensuring perfect polymerization of the resin.
1. Are you a manufacturer?
Yes, we are a manufacturer, welcome to visit our factory!
2. What's FRP?
Fiber Reinforced Polymer (FRP) is a composite material made of a polymer matrix reinforced with fibers. The fibres are usually glass, carbon, aramid, or basalt. Rarely, other fibres such as paper or wood or asbestos have been used. The polymer is usually an epoxy, vinylester or polyester thermosetting plastic, and formaldehyde resins are still in use. FRP are commonly used in the aerospace, automotive, marine, construction industries and ballistic armor.
3. How long will it take to produce samples for proposing new product requirements
If you already have your own design drawings, it will take up to 15 working days for our company to make the mold based on your design drawings and produce the first sample; If you do not have your own design drawings, our company can provide you with a maximum of 2 working days for the first drawing and a maximum of 25 working days for the first sample according to your requirements
