It employs a diverse range of reinforcement fibers, including roving, continuous mat, woven roving, carbon, and more. These fibers are seamlessly impregnated with a polymer matrix consisting of resin, minerals, pigments, and additives. Processed through a pre-forming station, the fibers achieve the necessary stratification for desired profile properties. In the final stage, these resin-impregnated fibers are precisely pulled through a heated die, ensuring perfect polymerization of the resin.
